Dr. Gary A. Bellus, MD, PhD, is the Director at the Center for Genetic Skin Disorders and Assistant Professor of Dermatology & Pediatrics, University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Dr. Bellus provides care for a large group of children and adults with epidermolysis bullosa (EB). Dr. Bellus states:

"Mepitel dressings are ideal for EB patients for essentially two reasons: They don't adhere (at all) to healing skin and they can be left in place for several days. As a mother of very active twin six year old boys with Epidermolysis Bullosa, I am and will always be eternally grateful to Hollister Wound Care and the magnificent products you have. EB is a very devastating incurable disease that hampers the everyday life on those affected. Thanks to your wound care products, our painful baths have become a more enjoyable experience. The dressings are easy to use, they do not stick to their wounds and our bath time has decreased, because we are not struggling with the constant pain of sticking gauzes on their skin. My boys truly love their new “stickers” and so do I.

For the 1st time in 2 years David does not have to have any dressing's on. The Hollister bandages helped tremendously. David says "Thank you and sends his love". The service you provide has made the difference in our lives. It is wonderful to do wound care and have the appropriate supplies to take care of them.
